Building Connections and Confidence
– training, coaching and mentoring package

Designed for South Australia's Preschool Boost program

Early Childhood Outreach supports educators nationwide to create calm, inclusive and connected programs. We build educators’ confidence to recognise children’s strengths, challenges and interests, as well as their thinking, play and communication styles.

Strong, respectful connections are created and nurtured between:

  • Educators and children

  • Educators and the coach / mentor

  • Educators and families

  • Children with each other

  • Educators with each other

Through these connections, both educators and children feel confident and supported to teach and learn within the early childhood setting.

Each training, coaching and mentoring package is tailored to the individual centre considering the needs of the team, the number of educators involved and the available budget. All packages include access to one or more training presentations, and implementation support, all focused on reducing developmental vulnerability and aligned with Early Intervention Best Practice and AEDC principles of inclusion, participation and collaboration.

Across our training and discussions, we intentionally consider the perspectives and experiences of neurodivergent and Autistic children and adults, to ensure a neurodiversity affirming approach.
