OUR MISSION
Early Childhood Outreach supports inclusion of children with neurodivergence, developmental
delays or disabilities in education and care settings. We do this by building the knowledge,
confidence and capacity of the educators, therapists and everyone around the child.

By travelling across a wide area, and offering support in a range of formats, we ensure that those in
regional, rural and remote areas have the same access to quality professional development and
support as those who are closer
to a city.
HOW DO WE DO THIS?

Training
1 hour to full day sessions held online or in your centre.
Flexible content, timing, location and audience size depending on your needs and budget. Live and pre-recorded options available.
Coaching
Opportunity for early childhood educators to reflect on their inclusion practice and trial strategies in real time with support from a coach. Individual and whole centre packages available.

Mentoring
If you are new to your role, wanting to increase your skills, or hoping to step up to a leadership position, a mentoring package will help you to embed the training content into your individual setting.
ABOUT
Andrea Broughton - founder of Early Childhood Outreach
BSc (Hons), PGCE, Grad Dip Early Childhood Teaching

Early Chilldhood Outreach was born out of a realisation that many Early Childhood Educators in regional and rural areas were unable to access training and coaching as easily as their city counterparts, due to the barrier of distance.

Using a range of strategies including encouraging services to work together,
Early Childhood Outreach is successfully supporting Educators across many areas with cost effective solutions.

As an organisation, we are flexible in our approach, and will always tailor our support to the needs and challenges of each individual service and group of educators
